Living Waters Preschool currently employs 28 teachers, assistants and administrators including a music and a Spanish teacher. Our staff is extremely dedicated and this is evidenced in the fact that our staff has, on average, been with Living Waters for more than a decade.
The Director of Living Waters Preschool is Annie Marco. Annie is a native Floridian who acquired a love for both children and Jesus at a young age. She received a degree In Organizations Communications from the University of Central Florida, and after spending a few years in corporate America, she decided that Children’s Ministry was where her heart was. God led her from directing Children’s Ministry programming to eventually teaching and directing preschool. Annie holds duel certification in Elementary Education and Special Education as well as her Florida State Director and VPK Credentials. When she is not at work she loves spending time with her husband and two young children.
Stacey Ferguson is the Assistant Director of Living Waters Preschool and she has been with the school for more than a quarter of a century! Ms. Stacey started her career at LWP as a teacher and moved into the office in 2003. She is a wealth of information on anything to do with Living Waters and the school is blessed to have such an experienced leader! Ms. Stacey likes to garden and scrapbook in her free time and she also loves cats and squirrels. Ms. Stacey has had such a positive impact on her students that those same students are coming back as parents to the next generation of LWP!
